Hustler magazine just turned 34! For the ones that don’t know, Hustler magazine is part of the ‘adult ‘empire built by Larry Flynt (‘The People versus Larry Flynt’) , which also includes video, Hustler stores all over the United States, among other ventures. The celebration was at the Highland Club – on the same building where the Oscar’s ceremony happens every year – and had many ‘adult’ stars (another way of saying porn stars), besides of rock stars, fans and the regular curious crowd.
The party was also a way to promote the new Hustler edition that has as the cover girl Jayme Langford, also known as the ‘Teen Goddess’ – for the record, she is only 19! The known adult movie producer and director, Mr. Pitt, along with some of the new adult stars were also at the party.
From a somewhat different world – rock’n’roll – DJ Ashba (photo) from Sixx A.M. (Nikki Sixx’s band) was celebrating too. DJ had a brief conversation with Spin LA and talked about the new Motley Crue CD that he is co-producing with the band, besides of contributing in the writing. DJ said he has always been a Motley Crue fan, even before working with Nikki, so he wants the new CD to sound like the fans want to hear. The fact that he is one of them is very helpful in this case! For mere mortals as you and me, all we can do is wait until it is released, sometime in June.
